I know the idea makes some of the foodies cringe, but it's all right. It still tastes like eggs.
Basically crack an egg or two in a microwave safe bowl. Beat it. You can add seasoning or cheese or whatever. Microwave for 45sec-1minute per egg. You have to stop and stir it up every now and again though due to how it cooks.
Mmm, breakfast.
